Designed for anyone wanting an introductory to the wellness industry or a current practitioner looking to acquire a new skill into their current practice. These skills can be incorporated to current practices, foot care nurses, massage therapists, doctors, chiropractors, manual osteopaths, pedicurist, relaxing children to seniors, and more.

In Person Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm (spread over 3 weekends on Saturday & Sunday) (Day 7 for exams is determined your first day of class so you'll have plenty of time to plan and prepare)

Reflexology is the procedure of applying pressure to specific reflex points on the feet, hands, ears, or face to elicit a healing response throughout the body. In this course, you will specifically learn the feet.

- Anatomy, terminology, physiology, and pathology in relation to the feet
- Textbook, handouts and workbook
- Hands on practice from day 1 (Assessments, history intake, applied techniques)
- Learn proper SOAP note documenting
- Understand how to help and when to refer
- Business practice and professionalism
- Practicum hours & Reviewed Case Studies (Case studies would be 6 clients for 10 sessions, or 10 clients for 6 sessions)
- Starting your own business, receipt writing
- Hygiene and contrainications for safe practices
- Scope of practice, Code of Ethics
