PLEASE NOTE: This workshop is designed for anyone wanting to learn the basic fundamentals of foot reflexology and how it assists in the human body's healing potentials. This workshop will award you a certificate upn completion. All ages over 16 years old are welcome to attend and learn an incredible new skill. These skills can be incorporated to current practices, such as beginners, foot care nurses, massage therapists, doctors, chiropractors, manual osteopths, pedicurists, parents, teens, grandparents, and anyone wanting to learn from an experienced and enthusiastic reflexologist of 8 years.

In Person Hours: 9am - 5pm (spread over 3 weekends on Saturday & Sunday)

Reflexology is the procedure of applying pressure to specific reflex points on the feet, hands, ears, or face to elicit a healing response throughout the body.

What will you need to bring?
- a positive mindset, willingness to learn, willingness to have reflexology performed on you
- (4-6) hand towels, (1) pillow or bolster, (1) blanket, notepad/binder, pens/pencils/highlighters
